HerkulesGroup acquires RS Antriebstechnik GmbH in Sonthofen

The HerkulesGroup took over the majority of RS Antriebstechnik GmbH,

a manufacturer of gearboxes. With the purchase of the company in

Sonthofen/Germany, the owner-managed HerkulesGroup continues its

successful strategy to extend the high vertical range of manufacture

for producing heavy machine tools.
